How Can I Order?

We would love to welcome you in store but if you are unable to get to us simply follow the directions on the website and we will dispatch your order on the same day or the first working day after it is placed. We use Royal Mail so please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery

If you would prefer to speak to someone then please give us a call on 01502716797 and a member of the Odd Socks team will be happy to take your order and you can pay over the telephone. Your order will be dispatched the same day or on the first working day after your order was placed.
If you encounter any problems please give us a call and we will endeavour to sort them out.


We encourage everyone to come into store as sizing is very different between brands and it is best to size up the item yourself, however if you do purchase and have to return your item(s) to us then please do so as follows:

Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
Return the package to our address above and obtain proof of postage. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date the item was dispatched.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must have all tags attached.

We’re sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns for customers, returns must be made at your own cost. Should the return be due to a faulty item then we will of course reimburse the postage fee. Any refund will be for the actual amount paid for the item or any lesser amount if the item has been reduced further.
Refunds will be given when the returned item has been received by us and checked.


We do not guarantee to price match our brands and any offers given at Odd Socks are at our discretion and can be adjusted at any time.


We use Royal mail for our deliveries and will send all parcels by standard second class post. Our one cost delivery fee is £3.00 and will be applied at checkout. Your order will be reviewed during normal working hours Monday to Saturday and if possible dispatched the same day, however if staffing does not permit it will be dispatched the following first working day after it was placed. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.

Should you require a faster service then please contact the store and we can arrange something on the day depending on the size of your parcel.

Problems with delivery?

Please contact us if you haven’t received your parcel within 14 days and we will chase direct with Royal Mail and advise you of the findings. Should the item be lost then we will issue a refund accordingly.
